About the role
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer (Full Stack) with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a deep understanding of modern web architecture, performance optimization, and software engineering best practices. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, product-focused environment, contributing to architectural decisions, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across both frontend and backend systems. Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies. Develop robust backend services, APIs, and integrations to support business requirements. Translate product requirements, UI/UX designs, and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code. Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the full technology stack. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services that support frontend applications and third-party integrations. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to define, build, and deliver impactful features. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making and system design. Maintain and evolve application architecture to ensure long-term scalability, maintainability, and extensibility. Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions with a focus on system stability. Contribute ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to improve products, processes, and engineering standards. Strong problem solving. Technical Skills Required Frontend HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript React.js, Next.js Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Frontend performance optimization and component-driven development Backend Node.js, Express.js RESTful API design and development Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC) Backend performance optimization and scalability Databases MongoDB or similar databases Database design, indexing, and query optimization Requirements Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Proven expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices. Strong experience building backend services using Node.js and related frameworks. Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture patterns. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Understanding of security, scalability, performance optimization, and system design principles. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions. Experience working in agile product development environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
