Project Portfolio Manager

Role Overview: You are an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant with a strong expertise in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules. Your role will involve hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, support, enhancements, rollouts, and integration with Finance modules. It is essential that you possess a deep understanding of business processes in Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, OTL, P2P, O2C, and related Oracle Fusion Financials modules. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure Oracle Fusion PPM and OTL modules. - Work on Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Controls, and OTL. - Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents. - Conduct CRP sessions, UAT, SIT, and end-user training. - Configure project accounting and billing processes. - Collaborate closely with Finance teams for integration with GL, AP, AR, FA. - Handle P2P and O2C business process flows. - Prepare Configuration workbooks, BR100/MD050 documents, test scripts, and user manuals. - Work on FBDI/ADFDI data uploads and conversions. - Support quarterly upgrades, patches, and production issues. - Raise and coordinate Oracle SRs for critical issues. - Collaborate with business users and technical teams for integrations and reporting. Qualifications Required: - 814+ years overall Oracle Applications experience. - Minimum 5+ years in Oracle Fusion PPM. - Minimum 3+ years in Oracle OTL. - At least 12 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations. - Experience in support, rollout, and enhancement projects. - Preferred: Oracle Cloud Certification, experience working with global clients, strong client communication skills, Agile/Scrum project experience.
