Oracle Database Administrator

Manage and maintain Oracle databases, including installation, configuration, and upgrades. Perform database replication setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Conduct database backup, restore, and recovery operations. Monitor database health, performance metrics, and capacity planning. Perform SQL tuning and query optimization for improved application performance. Analyze and resolve database performance bottlenecks. Implement database monitoring solutions and proactive alerting. Administer Linux servers supporting Oracle databases and application infrastructure. Develop and maintain Python and shell scripts for automation and system monitoring. Manage system resources, storage, and networking configurations. Support continuous integration and deployment processes. Monitor and maintain Java-based application servers and perform end-to-end application monitoring and troubleshooting. Ensure application availability and performance. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle database administration. Strong knowledge of Oracle Data Guard, database performance optimization, and tuning. Experience with Linux system administration and scripting languages such as Python. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
