Vice President of Product

You will be joining a fast-growing U.S.-based consumer lending fintech company that aims to simplify and democratize financial access through smart, data-driven digital solutions. As the Vice President of Product, you will lead the India-based product organization consisting of 1015 high-performing Product Managers. Your role will be crucial in defining and delivering the global product vision. You should be a hands-on product strategist, skilled communicator, and inspiring leader with expertise in technology, business, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and execution for consumer lending and digital financial products. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 1015 Product Managers to foster a high-performance product culture. - Collaborate with global executives, engineering, design, and analytics to deliver top-notch fintech experiences throughout the customer life cycle. - Translate the company's strategic goals into clear product roadmaps with measurable outcomes. - Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept to launch, iteration, and scale. - Utilize data and user insights to make decisions that improve product performance and customer satisfaction. - Keep abreast of fintech trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive product innovation. - Ensure strong communication and alignment across global teams by collaborating with U.S. stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution (MBA or equivalent preferred). - 10+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 5 years in leading product teams. U.S. experience is a plus. - Demonstrated success in building and scaling digital products in fintech, digital lending, or e-commerce ecosystems. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across global teams. - Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset suitable for fast-paced, evolving environments. - Deep understanding of fintech systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and user experience design technologies.
