Data Analyst-Metrics & Computation team (Kolkata)

Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. - Develop and maintain SQL queries/ Workflows, reports. - Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. - Data Visualization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Automate recurring data processes: - Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations for stakeholders. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. - Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests. Required Skills: - Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. - Hands-on experience with Python/SQL for data analysis and automation. - Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights Good to Have: - Healthcare domain knowledge (Claims, Provider, Member, Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Population Health, etc.). - Experience working with healthcare datasets and healthcare analytics.
