About the role
Role Overview: As a Full-Stack Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for transforming ambiguous business problems into production-ready AI-powered applications. We are seeking individuals who are proficient in building with technologies such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, FastMCP, Lovable, AI Agents, as well as modern full-stack frameworks. If you have a passion for creating innovative solutions and are experienced in Python, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and AI Agents & Workflows, we would like to connect with you. Key Responsibilities: - Develop AI-powered applications using technologies like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, FastMCP, etc. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business problems effectively. - Utilize strong communication skills to effectively manage clients and stakeholders. - Apply problem-solving skills and a founder's mindset to tackle complex challenges. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks in the full-stack development field. Qualifications Required: - 3-8+ years of experience in full-stack development. - Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and AI Agents & Workflows. - Experience in client and stakeholder management. - Preferred experience in the Healthcare/Life Sciences domain. - Exposure to technologies such as Lang Graph, MCP, RAG, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI frameworks is a plus.
