Monetization Product Lead

As a Senior Product Manager for Acquisition & Monetisation, you will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle end-to-end, translating vision into execution, and delivering impactful experiences for millions of users. This high-ownership role necessitates strategic thinking, strong execution capabilities, and a deep understanding of user needs. - Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company goals. - Utilize analytics, user research, and market insights to make data-driven decisions that enhance product KPIs. - Lead the product lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization, working closely with cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive and delightful user experiences. - Monitor KPIs, iterate on product performance to drive conversion, retention, and revenue. - Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain product leadership. Qualifications Required: - Education: Engineering or Management degree from a premier institute such as IIT, BITS Pilani, IIM, or ISB preferred. - Experience: Minimum 4+ years of core B2C product management experience with a measurable impact on Revenue, ARPU, Conversion Rate, Repeat Transactions, Retention, and Engagement. - Proven track record of delivering impactful digital products in high-growth environments. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. In addition to the mentioned qualifications, having past Founding or Entrepreneurship experience, experience managing products on both App and Web platforms, and experience in e-commerce or supply chain product ecosystems are considered as bonus points.
