About the role
Job Title: AI Architect (RAG & Agentic AI)
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with strong expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI to design and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience building intelligent AI applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Required Skills:
10+ years of IT experience with strong AI/ML architecture expertise.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
Strong knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
Proficiency in Python and API development.
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI services.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI governance, and security.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Experience in enterprise AI transformation projects.
Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment best practices.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
