Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automation Data Testing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Fort Mill, SC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data testing and test automation, with a primary focus on database auditing and data integrity validation. This role requires a proactive professional who can design and implement automated testing solutions to ensure high data quality and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for data validation and integrity checks

• Perform detailed database audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with defined standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and define testing scope

• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution

• Implement and maintain best practices for data testing and automation frameworks

• Generate regular status reports on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and coverage

• Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in database auditing and data quality assurance

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks

• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and complex querying

• Solid understanding of data testing methodologies and QA best practices

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Preferred Skills

• Programming experience in Python, Java, or C#

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience with performance or load testing tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in data testing and automation

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
