Job Title: QA Architect – AI & Automation
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ & Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QA Architect with expertise in AI-driven testing and test automation to design and implement scalable quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will define QA strategies, build intelligent automation frameworks, leverage AI/GenAI for test optimization, and ensure high-quality software delivery across Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement enterprise QA and automation strategies.
Design scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, Mobile, and Cloud applications.
Integrate AI/GenAI into test design, execution, defect analysis, and reporting.
Lead test architecture, CI/CD integration, and shift-left quality practices.
Mentor QA teams and drive automation best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality.
Required Skills:
10+ years in QA with strong test architecture experience.
Expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
Experience with AI-powered testing tools and GenAI applications in QA.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, API testing, and performance testing.
Programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
Experience with AI-assisted testing platforms (e.g., Copilot, Testim, Mabl, Functionize).
Certifications in Automation, Cloud, or Agile are a plus.
