Role and Responsibilities: As a QA Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our app and web development projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding software development life cycles and testing methodologies. - Creating and executing test cases and test scripts. - Identifying and reporting defects and bugs. - Collaborating with development teams to ensure quality standards are met. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of programming concepts (preferred). Training and Development: We offer a 3-month training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role of a QA Trainee. After successful completion of the training, you will enter a 3-month probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, your employment will be confirmed.
