If you are passionate about backend engineering and have experience or exposure to Generative AI technologies, this could be a great fit for you.Role: Backend Python Developer (Generative AI Awareness) Location: Bangalore Experience: 5+ YearsKey Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI). - Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion, Transformers, etc.) into products. - Optimize backend services for scalability, performance, and security. - Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient query design and optimization. - Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, etc.). - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and system monitoring. - Stay updated with emerging Generative AI tools, APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.), and recommend adoption where relevant. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in Python backend development. - Robust expertise in Django / DRF, Flask, or FastAPI. - Solid understanding of REST API design, microservices, and distributed systems. - Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis. - Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Exposure to Generative AI: - Using APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.) - Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS): - Basic knowledge of fine-tuning and prompt engineering. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
