AWS Data Engineer

Title: Sr. AWS Data Engineer Location: Remote Experience: 6–12 Years Mandatory Skills Strong experience with Amazon Redshift (Candidates with strong Snowflake or Google BigQuery experience can also be considered.) Advanced SQL skills with experience writing and optimizing complex queries. Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and Dimensional Modelling (Star & Snowflake Schemas). Strong hands-on experience with Python for data engineering and automation. Excellent Data Analysis and problem-solving skills. Experience with Git-based CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab). Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitLab Duo, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve engineering productivity. Preferred Skills Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow , Mage , or equivalent. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3 , RDS PostgreSQL , and IAM . Experience with dbt . Experience supporting production data pipelines, troubleshooting issues, and handling day-to-day engineering operations.
