Molding process engineer

Your Role In your daily job you will: Responsible for all process issues in manufacturing; Take leading of process analysis and improvement activities to solve FTQ issues; Prepare working instruction and process card for new production; Work with equipment engineer to ensure smooth production running; Process card release, modification and verification; Process analysis with tool; Machine equipment suggestion with tool debugging; Support quality complaint tool improvement; Support tool modify to fit various separator machines; CT (cycle time) improvement; CT compliance monitor; Tool transfer between different machine and PPAP arrangement; Run up and debug tool after TQD and PPAP.

Your Background

• Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering & automation control is preferred; Over 3 years related working experiences; Good communication & written skills in English; Have basic knowledge of plastic material & Molding injection process; Good at problem solving skill and data analysis.
