About the role
Role Overview: As a SW Release Manager & Scrum Master at Aptiv, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of mobility by ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of advanced safety systems, electrification solutions, and data connectivity solutions to enable sustainable mobility and prevent accidents caused by human error. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the configuration of software and firmware components, adhering to configuration management best practices and standards. - Establish and maintain configuration baselines, track changes, and manage version control for integrated software builds. - Automate build, integration, testing, and deployment workflows using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Gerrit. - Utilize tools like CANoe, Trace32, and Lauterbach for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and real-time debugging in automotive environments. - Ensure adherence to the software development life cycle (SDLC) process for software integration and build activities. - Collaborate with project managers, software developers, testers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, milestones, and objectives. - Apply knowledge of the automotive product development process and standards like ASPICE to guide integration and build activities. - Manage the selection, deployment, and maintenance of toolchains and development environments. - Define and enforce configuration management policies and procedures for integrated software builds. - Establish access controls and permissions for version control repositories and configuration management tools. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or post-graduate in a technical background. - 8-10 years of experience in Scrum Master role.
