As a Senior Test Engineer specializing in Robot Framework and Automation Testing, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Utilize your 3-7 years of experience in Software Testing and Automation Testing to drive quality assurance processes. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in Manual & Automation Testing, Robot Framework, Selenium WebDriver, PyTest, and TestNG / Cucumber / BDD frameworks. - Apply your expertise in Python scripting and automation development, particularly using PyCharm IDE for automation scripting. - Exhibit a good understanding of Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing, as well as STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies. - Engage in Automation framework development such as POM, Data-Driven, and Hybrid Frameworks. - Conduct API Testing using Postman or similar tools and adhere to test automation best practices. - Work with tools like Jira, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, and Maven to streamline testing processes. - Gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, defect lifecycle, and test management processes. - Employ strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. - Leverage your communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within the team. This position offers the opportunity to work in Nagpur or Pune with a CTC of 14 LPA, following a Work From Office (WFO) mode. Additionally, exposure to the railroad or transportation domain applications would be considered a preferred qualification.
