About the role
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React Build responsive, performant, and accessible frontend interfaces using React and modern UI patterns Develop robust, secure, and well-documented RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and TypeScript Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform for infrastructure-as-code (IaC) Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment automation following DevOps best practices Leverage AI tools such as Anthropic Claude and Cursor to accelerate development, code reviews, and problem solving Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with appropriate unit and integration test coverage Required Qualifications Full Stack Development: - 37 years of experience in full stack development - Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development - Robust proficiency in TypeScript across both frontend and backend codebases - Hands-on experience building modern, component-based UIs with React (hooks, context, state management) - Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns - Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) DevOps & Cloud: - Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, IAM) - Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code provisioning and management - Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins, or similar) - Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes - Understanding of cloud security best practices, networking (VPC, security grou .
