Front End Engineer

As a Senior Front End Engineer at Aqilea India, you will be a key member of the Support Experience team, contributing to the development of modern, scalable, and user-centric customer support solutions. Your role will involve designing and developing frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving architectural decisions to deliver high-quality digital products. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Build and evolve reusable component libraries and design systems. - Translate product and design requirements into intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces. - Integrate frontend applications with backend services through APIs and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures. - Develop and maintain real-time user experiences using WebSocket-based communication. - Optimize application performance, reliability, accessibility, and user experience. - Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and other stakeholders. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex frontend issues. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release management. - Mentor team members and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards. Required Skills & Experience: Frontend Technologies: - Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. React & Next.js Expertise: - Deep understanding of component architecture, state management solutions, custom hooks, Server Components and Client Components, rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR), and routing and data-fetching patterns. Architecture & Integration: - Experience building scalable frontend applications. - Proven experience creating reusable component libraries or design systems. - Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. - Strong understanding of Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture patterns. DevOps & Tooling: - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, up-to-date frontend build tools, and deployment and release management processes.
