SAP Functional Specialist Aqilea is an IT and engineering consulting partner that helps companies get more out of their technology and operations With teams in Stockholm and Bangalore, we work closely with our clients to build solutions that fit their needs - from software development, AI and infrastructure engineering to industrial automation and embedded systems We combine strong technical expertise with a practical, business-focused approach to help organizations modernize, improve security, and scale with confidence Above all, we focus on long-term partnerships built on trust, quality, and real results About the Role Company: Aqilea India Role: SAP Functional Specialist Exp Range : 6 to 12 years Work Location : Bangalore (Hybrid) Job Description Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Retail Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Ability to support all stages of a Master Data implementation project Understand Retail Business Practices/ Best Practices and the customer environment Ability to solve functional and technical obstacles with customers Work closely with the customer and project team to define business requirements and provide recommendations to improve business processes Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities Detailed planning of process implementation Define detailed blueprint for development requirements Desired Skills & Experience Minimum six years consulting experience in SAP Master Data application Has experience with minimum of five full cycle implementations Exposure to SAP Master Data eg article master, site master, vendor, assortment, listing, etc) and Conversion tools and practices are expected Understanding of SAP IT product and project life cycle Profound understanding of Retail Merchandising Processes with focus on Master Data Creation, Maintenance, Listing, Conversation and Usage Good understanding of Retail industry specific business processes Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail module Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems Start: Immediate to 15 Days Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
