Job DescriptionJob Description : Manual Tester Health Claims (TCS BaNCS) NLocation: Mumbai NExperience: 23 Years NJoining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred NAbout the Role nWeare seeking a Manual Tester with domain expertise in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS. The candidate will play a key role in validating claim workflows, ensuring compliance, and maintaining system quality. NKey Responsibilities nPerform end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within TCS BaNCS. NValidate claim adjudication, settlement, policy linkage, and payment workflows. NCreate and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements. NConduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT support activities. NLog, track, and verify defects in coordination with development teams. NEnsure compliance with business rules, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards. NWork closely with business analysts and domain experts to understand requirements. NRequired Skills nHands-on experience in Health Claims testing. NWorking knowledge of TCS BaNCS platform. NStrong understanding of insurance processes, claim lifecycle, and policy administration. NExperience with test management and defect tracking tools. NBasic SQL knowledge is preferred. NStrong analytical and documentation skills. NQualification nBachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant insurance domain experience.
