About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Collect, clean, analyze, and maintain recruitment and business data across multiple platforms. 2. Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and data trackers using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. 3. Generate actionable insights to support recruitment and business teams. 4. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across databases. 5. Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. 6. Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhance reporting, and improve productivity. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions and process improvements. Bachelor's degree in any discipline; engineering, statistics, mathematics, business, or related fields are preferred. 2. 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, reporting, or a related role; freshers are welcome to apply. 3. Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, and formulas. 4. Good communication and presentation skills. 5. Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar. 6. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets is an advantage. 7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 8. Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented with the ability to take initiative and solve problems through work, internships, or academic projects.
