Role Summary As an Amazon Connect Support Engineer, the ideal candidate will act as a software detective, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. They will collaborate with teams to ensure the seamless operation of essential applications. Key Responsibilities Act independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Amazon Connect. Participate actively in team discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems. Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery. Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions effectively. Analyze system performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges. Engage in problem-solving activities to ensure high-quality support. Maintain a strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in Amazon Connect. Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues in software applications. Experience with system monitoring tools and performance analysis. 15 years of full-time education. Nice to Have Experience with additional cloud services. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java. Certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
