Role Summary ARA's Client is seeking experienced Salesforce professionals to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered customer engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Salesforce Agentforce and/or Data Cloud to enhance customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce AI solutions using Agentforce OR Configure and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions. Build intelligent AI agents using conversational AI and orchestration flows. Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party applications. Design scalable agent architecture and workflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams. Ensure system stability, security, and performance. Support enterprise integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem. Must-Have Qualifications Strong Salesforce development and technical architecture experience. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Agentforce OR Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360). Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and integrations. Preferred Certifications Candidates should possess some or all of the following certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory) Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce App Builder Salesforce AI Associate / AI Specialist Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Integration Architect Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI. Familiarity with Prompt Builder. Knowledge of Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
