Graduate Engineer Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) to join our Product Engineering Team (Turbine or Generator Teams). This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field who are eager to build their career at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and software automation. Essential Responsibilities for the role: Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Learn and adapt to the product engineering design and technologies that your are being asked/ exposed to. Work with CATIA V5 to create, modify, or automate engineering models, drawings and processes. Prepare MS Office documents, like word documents, Excel spreadsheets, release notes, customer documentation, etc. Learn about the manufacturing process of the technology that you are being exposed to and develop creative / optimized solutions of design, Biweekly submission of the progress reports to the mentors and highlight learnings and work forecast. Identify opportunities of continuous improvement in your day to day activities. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to understand requirements, gather customer pain points, and identify automation opportunities. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. Quick learner with a proactive approach toward problem-solving. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. Familiarity with MS Office 365 application suite. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills: Understanding of manufacturing processes or engineering workflows.
