Lead Tool Room operations for press tools, jigs, fixtures & maintenance. Manage tool design, development, preventive maintenance, cost optimization, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement in an automotive manufacturing environment. Required Candidate profile 10–15 yrs in automotive tool room. Expertise in press tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, tool maintenance, team handling, TPM, root cause analysis, and production support. Strong leadership skills.
