About the role
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly technical SAP HR ABAP Engineer who can build solutions from scratch. This is a core engineering role focused on SAP HCM, not a support or purely functional role. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement complex HR solutions using ABAPWork on SAP HR infotypes (custom infotypes, dynamic actions, validations)Handle PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management processesDevelop integrations using SOAP web services, RFCs, and HR data exchange methodsBuild high-performance reports, batch jobs, and scalable programsCollaborate on HR platform architecture and S/4HANA initiatives Requirements (Mandatory): Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM (overall 5+ years ABAP preferred)Strong knowledge of HR infotype framework and data clustersHands-on experience with BADIs, user exits, and enhancementsExperience in SOAP services, proxies, and RFC integrationsStrong debugging skills in Payroll and Time ManagementAbility to write clean, maintainable, scalable code Role Overview: We are looking for a highly technical SAP HR ABAP Engineer who can build solutions from scratch.
