Senior Product Manager - Tariff Data

As a Senior Product Manager at Arcadia, you will be responsible for creating and executing the product roadmap to deliver effective and quality energy data solutions to customers. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Key Responsibilities: - Create and own the product roadmap aligned with business and product strategy - Define, prioritize, and build product initiatives to enhance the scale, quality, and reliability of data systems - Design detailed data pipeline flows to consolidate diverse and complex data sets - Develop product experiences for support and operations teams based on data analysis - Write clear product requirements for technical and non-technical audiences - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time - Monitor and update stakeholders on project progress - Balance long-term strategies with short-term improvements for impactful outcomes - Drive productivity improvements through AI tool usage - Foster technical learning and innovation within the team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business management from a reputed university - 8+ years of experience in software product management, with at least 6+ years in hands-on PM roles - Experience in building B2B software products with technical data complexity - Proficiency in working with globally distributed teams in multiple time zones - Strong expertise in internal tools and systems in a medium to large enterprise - Demonstrated ability to align and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Strong organizational and project management skills with proactive communication - Strategic thinking abilities with a growth mindset and adaptability to ambiguity - Prior experience in leveraging AI tools and a passion for sustainability - Background in a regulated vertical, preferably energy sector Additional Details: Arcadia offers competitive compensation, a hybrid work model, and a range of benefits including flexible leave policy, medical insurance, awards, bonuses, and more.
