About the role
As an Architect I at Arcadis, you will play a crucial role in managing technical aspects of smaller and/or less complex tasks or components of larger projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the delivery of elements of larger projects related to resilience, water resource management, or other components, ensuring they meet financial, quality, time frame, and health and safety objectives. - Coordinating and managing teams of single discipline designers and technicians to ensure project success. - Developing technical drawings through all project phases using software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. - Following BIM content standards to create 3D BIM models with accuracy. - Collaborating with other disciplines for project integrity and interfaces. - Coaching and guiding junior team members to support their professional development. Qualifications & Experience required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in architecture with experience in industrial complex projects, treatment plants, pumping stations, and related structures. - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and graphic software like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Experience with rendering software such as TwinMotion or Enscape is a plus. - Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture design works. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
