About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced onsite IT support, handling complex technical issues and escalations, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, managing end-user devices, troubleshooting network connectivity problems, and collaborating with various IT teams to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will be involved in physical infrastructure activities, root cause analysis, and driving continuous service improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advanced onsite IT support including deskside, walk-in, floor, and VIP support. - Handle complex L2/L3 technical issues and escalations across devices, operating systems, applications, and workplace services. - Support onboarding, offboarding, device deployments, and workplace transitions. - Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices such as laptops, peripherals, and printers. - Troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, and IP. - Support Teams Rooms, conference room AV systems, and collaboration technologies. - Assist with physical infrastructure activities like cabling validation, rack and stack coordination, and infrastructure troubleshooting. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous service improvements. - Collaborate with Service Desk, Network, Infrastructure, Security, and Workplace teams for seamless IT operations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Required Skills: - End User Computing (EUC) Support - Desktop Support & Workplace Technologies - Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote - Intune / SCCM Administration & Troubleshooting - ServiceNow & ITIL Processes - Network Fundamentals (LAN/WAN/VLAN/IP) - AV & Collaboration Technologies - Device Lifecycle Management - Incident & Problem Management - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Desired Profile: - 68 years of experience in IT Support, Field Services, Workplace Support, or End User Computing. - Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience. - Experience supporting enterprise users and VIP stakeholders. - Hands-on exposure to device deployment, onboarding, and workplace technology environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
