Principal Solutions Architect

As a talented and motivated Client Solutions Architect at Arcesium, you will play a crucial role in executing cross-cutting solutions to integrate and scale the Arcesium technology platform. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to provide strategic and tactical guidance, ultimately increasing the value they receive from Arcesium's suite of products. Here's what you'll be doing: - Understand the capabilities of the Arcesium technology platform and design and implement solutions for seamless integration and scalability. - Showcase product demos and develop solutions for various business use cases using the best product-fit approach. - Establish a collaboration framework for internal teams to propose, communicate, and execute critical technology initiatives. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders from the Engineering and Product organizations. - Collaborate with senior management to develop annual R&D programs, monitor progress with milestones, and ensure incremental value addition. - Proactively manage risks, utilize metrics to drive projects, and escalate issues to stakeholders when necessary. - Identify and recommend process improvements to support growth and internal objectives. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, create project plans, release notes, and conduct regular governance meetings. - Provide guidance and mentorship on project management skills to peers, fostering redundancy within the team. To excel in this role, you will need: - A formal degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with at least 8 years of experience in building technology solutions. - Proficiency in distributed systems architecture, cloud development, API integrations, and DevOps principles, particularly expertise in Docker and Kubernetes. - Hands-on programming experience in Python, Java, or a similar language. - Familiarity with working in distributed teams using Agile and Kanban methodologies. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Proficiency in Project Management and Communication tools. - Strong problem-solving abilities, a quick learning aptitude, and a willingness to explore different tools, technologies, and concepts. - Self-motivation, independence in thinking, and strong teamwork skills.
