Product Lead

As a Product Lead at Arcesium, you will play a crucial role in the Product Management Group based in our BLR/HYD offices. You will collaborate with technology teams to drive the development and implementation of the firm's infrastructure and middle-and-back-office applications. Role Overview: - Define the product vision for Arcesium's transaction and reference data modules, focusing on master data management and asset servicing for investment management firms. - Translate the vision into a product roadmap and detailed product/feature specifications through requirement gathering and business analysis. - Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to ensure the seamless transition from product specification to design and final product. - Continuously monitor and assess the progress of products/features by utilizing test cases/beds to ensure alignment with specifications and the overall vision. - Present business cases and estimate timelines for product development and implementation.
