Product Lead - FDS New

As a Product Lead at Arcesium, you will be joining the Financial Data Stack team to work on transaction and reference data modules that intersect with the Order Management System and larger operational platform products (Opterra). Your role will involve collaborating across asset classes, trade lifecycle, and multi-stakeholder environments, providing exposure to client and prospect engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Define product specifications for FDS modules covering trade lifecycle, reference data, asset servicing, and OMS-to-accounting workflows. - Collaborate with domain experts, engineering, client services, and prospect-facing teams to gather requirements and align priorities. - Conduct research on market standards and competitive behavior to inform platform treatment of financial data. - Evaluate and respond to new requirements, translating client needs into scalable product decisions. - Identify and present opportunities for new features or product expansion with supporting business cases. - Develop test cases for complex financial data scenarios across various asset classes and lifecycle events. - Actively utilize AI tools in your workflow for research, analysis, and specification development. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of overall experience with at least 2 years in product management. - Strong understanding of trade lifecycle across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX. - Familiarity with reference data, corporate actions, position keeping, and reconciliation. - Critical thinking skills and the ability to articulate standpoints/ideas to influence stakeholders. - Experience in managing requirements across engineering, operations, and client-facing teams. - Proficiency in clear written communication for specifications, release notes, and business cases. - Hands-on experience with AI tools. - MBA, CFA, FRM, or similar certification preferred.
