Product Lead - Financial Data Stack

Role Overview: You will be joining the Product Management Group in Arcesium's BLR/HYD offices as a Product Lead. This group is responsible for collaborating with technology teams to specify, develop, and implement the firm's infrastructure and new middle-and-back-office applications. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining the product vision for Arcesium's transaction and reference data modules, focusing on master data management and asset servicing capabilities for investment management firms - Distill the product vision into a product roadmap and specifications by gathering requirements and conducting business analysis - Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to translate product specifications into design and ultimately the product itself - Continuously evaluate the progress of products/features in development using test cases/beds to ensure alignment with specifications and vision - Articulate business cases, estimate timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, prepare project plans, release notes, etc. - Work with other product managers on projects spanning multiple business areas to deliver comprehensive business solutions Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of overall work experience with a minimum of 2+ years in Product Management - Strong understanding of the post-trade life cycle in asset management - Knowledge of various financial instruments and their lifecycles is preferred - Experience in collaborating closely with engineering teams - Excellent academic background with a passion for working in a high-tech software development environment - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Critical thinking abilities and the capacity to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders - Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple lines of execution while maintaining attention to detail and quality - Personal maturity and a collaborative attitude - Resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity, and execution prowess Additional Company Details: Arcesium is a global financial technology firm dedicated to addressing complex data-driven challenges for sophisticated financial institutions worldwide.
