Product Lead - Management & General Accounting System

Role Overview: You will be joining one of the cross-functional product teams in Arcesium's Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon office for an individual contributor role. This team is focused on building the core accounting product offering of the platform. Your role will involve defining and designing the next generation of products and collaborating with industry experts. Key Responsibilities: - Carry the product/feature from concept to creation. - Brainstorm product/feature and its value proposition for the client base. - Distill the vision into documents such as product roadmap and product/feature specification through domain deep dives and requirements gathering. - Collaborate with engineers/architects to translate the Product Specification into design and product. - Prepare comprehensive business test cases to aid the engineering process. - Evaluate the progress of product/feature-in-flight rigorously and continuously to ensure compliance with the vision. - Create prototypes using Python and AI. - Track and question risks/assumptions. - Escalate issues proactively and mitigate execution risks. - Conduct competitor analysis. Qualifications Required: - 4 years of experience in front, middle, and/or back-office space with a minimum of 2 years in product management. - Technical skills in Java, Distributed Systems, and Database Awareness. - Experience working closely with engineers. - Outstanding academic background with a passion for working in a high-tech software development environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Critical thinking and the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple lines of execution with attention to detail. - Resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity, and execution prowess. - Graduate degree in software engineering. - Advanced knowledge in Trade Accounting and operations or certifications in financial domains like MBA, CFA will be advantageous. - Hands-on experience in using and integrating various AI tools for product development will be a plus.
