A software engineer trainee's role involves learning and assisting in the full software development lifecycle, including writing and testing code, debugging issues, and collaborating with senior engineers under guidance. They develop practical skills, gain experience with various programming tools, and contribute to software projects, all while receiving mentorship and focusing on continuous learning in a structured environment. • Actively create software using the most up-to-date Microsoft technology stack, incorporating a diverse range of tools such as C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, Web API, and React. • Engage in product development utilizing Agile Methodology within the Microsoft technology stack. • Collaborate with leaders who are committed to implementing the best product development practices. • Engage in projects within the diverse BFSI business domain. • Demonstrated problem solving, analytics and troubleshooting skills. • Able to do multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment and creating excellent team dynamic.
