About the role
As an Architectural Draftsperson at an architecture and design practice in Gurgaon sector 39, you will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings and construction documentation for hospitality, housing, and commercial projects. Your role will involve developing working drawings, coordinating drawing updates, and supporting project delivery through accurate technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare architectural working drawings using AutoCAD Develop plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction drawings Prepare drawing packages for project coordination and execution requirements Update drawings based on project requirements, consultant inputs, and design revisions Coordinate drawing information with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders Review drawings for dimensional accuracy and consistency Support preparation of construction documentation across project stages Maintain drawing revisions, records, and project documentation files Ensure drawings are aligned with project requirements and documentation standards Assist with coordination of technical information across project teams Qualifications Required: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field 36 years of experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation Experience working on hotel, resort, high-rise residential, housing, or commercial architecture projects Proficiency in AutoCAD Experience preparing architectural working drawings and construction documentation Understanding of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and documentation processes Experience coordinating drawings with consultants and project teams Understanding of building documentation requirements and drawing standards Ability to manage drawing updates across multiple project stages In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you will work on a variety of projects including hotel and resort projects, high-rise residential projects, housing developments, and commercial architecture projects. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm at Sector 39, Gurgaon.
