You are a Junior Architect with strong technical skills and 2D design expertise, looking to join a team in Noida. You have hands-on experience in Rhino and possess a keen eye for design along with proficiency in architectural detailing. Your ability to translate concepts into precise 2D drawings and 3D models will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualization & Design: Develop innovative design solutions aligning with client needs and aesthetic goals. - Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored design solutions. - Drafting & Visualization: Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models to present design concepts clearly. - Project Management: Oversee design execution by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and on-site teams. - Material Selection: Assist in selecting materials that align with project specifications and budgets. - Coordination: Work closely with clients, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture. - Minimum 1 year of industry experience. - Proficiency in Rhino software is a plus. - Strong understanding of architectural concepts and terminology. - Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, etc. - Ability to translate design concepts into detailed drawings accurately. - Strong communication and project management skills. - Experience in residential projects, site coordination, and client handling is preferred.
