About the role
Role & responsibilities Troubleshoot and maintain computer systems and networks in-office, on site, or remotely. Resolve technical issues within TAT and efficiently. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly. Develop and implement procedures to improve system efficiency and reliability. Maintain and catalogue the IT assets of the company. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site IT/Desktop support or a related field. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with IT support tools and technologies. A deep understanding of hardware, software, networks, and systems. Local Kolkata based candidates need to apply Shift : US Shift
