Role Overview: As an Architect at Archinoids Studio of Architecture & Planning in Gurugram, you will be responsible for architectural and interior design-drawing, project management, and overseeing the overall aspect of project implementation. The role requires a hybrid approach based on client and site needs, where you must be available for meetings and site visits as required. Key Responsibilities: - Create architectural and interior design-drawings - Manage projects from inception to completion - Implement project plans effectively - Ensure timely completion of projects - Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members - Self-manage and deliver project deliverables for all stages Qualifications: - B.Arch degree Technical Skill Sets: - Visualization: Sketchup, Lumion, 3dsMax or any other preferred medium at a professional level - Conceptualization: Hand Sketches, Photoshop, Corel Draw or any other method for design explanation - Drawings: AutoCAD, Revit for Tendering and GFC's - Presentations: Powerpoint, Canva or any other digital medium - Specifications & Economics: Excel, Google Docs or any other digital format - Project Management: Excel, MSP, Instagantt, Asana or any other digital tool Soft Skill Sets: - Self-motivated with excellent time management skills - Ability to lead and follow, taking responsibility in various situations - Result-oriented with strong techno-commercial communication skills - Proficient in English for effective client communication - Willingness to travel between sites and meeting venues Additional Details: Archinoids Studio of Architecture & Planning is a single window solution provider to commercial clients, headquartered in Gurugram, and operating nationwide across various project categories including Workplace, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors.
