About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Ensure site safety by enforcing safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and reporting incidents. Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Conduct quality control checks to identify defects or deviations from standards. Manage subcontractors' work, monitor progress, and resolve issues related to labor productivity. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
