Key Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. * Manage office LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and internet connectivity. * Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems. * Handle networking cables, electrical wiring, and structured cabling. * Perform preventive maintenance of office IT equipment. * Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors. * Maintain inventory of IT assets and accessories. * Provide technical support to office staff.
