About the role
Role & responsibilities : Research & Technology Development Lead and manage all research and development activities related to Silicon Carbide and advanced materials. • Develop and execute the company's R&D roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Identify opportunities for new products, technologies, and process improvements . • Drive innovation in materials processing, crystal growth, wafer technologies, and related manufacturing processes. Technology Monitoring & Competitive Analysis Continuously monitor global developments, emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities. • Evaluate new technologies and recommend their adoption where commercially and technically viable. • Maintain awareness of advancements in Silicon Carbide, wide-bandgap semiconductors, advanced ceramics, and related fields. Intellectual Property & Innovation Key skills: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in research, technology development, or manufacturing within advanced materials, semiconductors, or related industries. • Experience in Silicon Carbide, semiconductor materials, crystal growth, advanced ceramics, electronic materials, or related technologies will be highly preferred. • Prior experience leading technical teams and managing R&D projects is desirable.
