About the role
As a Principal Product Manager at B:Live, you will be leading the Logistics & 3PL Platform, focusing on areas such as vehicle rentals, order management, delivery operations, and partner ecosystems. Your role involves owning the entire product lifecycle, mentoring a team of Product Managers, and developing systems that directly impact fleet utilization, delivery efficiency, and operational reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and drive the product roadmap in alignment with business and operational objectives - Conduct problem discovery with customers and operations teams to identify real-world challenges - Ensure validation of solutions before development and prioritize based on impact - Collaborate with engineering for high-quality execution and timely delivery - Define and monitor success metrics such as adoption, conversion, SLA, delivery success, and turnaround time - Establish robust tracking and reporting systems in collaboration with data and engineering teams - Continuously enhance system reliability, operational efficiency, and user experience Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of experience in Product Management within Logistics/Mobility/Ops Platforms - Demonstrated experience in leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams - Strong ownership throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to scale - Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact, customer value, and operational efficiency - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in metrics, dashboards, and product analytics - Profound understanding of APIs, backend systems, and platform architecture - Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills - Background in EV mobility, fleet platforms, delivery ecosystems, or 3PL platforms - Familiarity with product analytics tools and experience in SQL/data analysis B:Live offers you the opportunity to work at the forefront of EV, SaaS, and logistics platforms.
