About the role
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. Manage all stages of the visual design process from concept through to final hand-off to engineering. Conceptualize original ideas that enhance simplicity and user friendliness, addressing complex design challenges. Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design proposals. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to refine and optimize the design. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the company. Requirements: Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects (2-4 years). Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma. Experience with generative AI tools like Chat GPT and Midjourney for enhancing design workflows and generating innovative design elements. Exceptional design skills with an eye for detail and a user-centric approach. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
