Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Involvement with continuous improvement initiatives for equipment and manufacturing methods; - Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting skills to restore product flow. Work hand in hand with craft employees; - Act as a resource for technical guidance to manufacturing personnel; - Interface with other manufacturing departments to address and resolve technical issues; - Adhere to Arconic EH&S, quality, continuous improvement and other company policies; - Assume other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as required; - Integrated role as direct support of the Maintenance Organization; - This position will require the candidate to be flexible with hours, as hours for this role will be dependent on business needs. (Generally M-F 7am-4pm but will require off shift support as needed)
