Job Description: Role Overview: You will be working as an AI Solutions Specialist at ArdbergAI, where your primary responsibility will be to convert business requirements into practical AI-driven solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to analyze business processes, design workflows, and create innovative AI applications. Ultimately, your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, driving revenue growth, and improving customer experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. - Design and document detailed solution architectures, including data flows, API integrations, and user interfaces, to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications, to guide the development process. - Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. - Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools to validate solution performance and identify areas for improvement. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting solution designs, progress updates, and key findings in a clear and concise manner. - Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions. Qualification Required: - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable AI solutions. - Proven expertise in designing and documenting solution architectures, including data flows, API integrations, and user interfaces. - Strong product management skills, including defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing stakeholder expectations. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, product managers, and engineering teams. - Solid understanding of AI concepts and technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad.
