Role Description We are seeking professionals with supply chain experience to join as Lead/Sr Consultant with our team at Argon & Co, Mumbai. Reasons to work with us Global Exposure: Collaborate with clients and teams across geographies and industriesDiverse Projects: Engage in projects ranging from strategy development and network design to warehouse optimization and end-to-end transformationCollaborative Culture: Work in an environment that values mutual support, personal development, and team successHigh-Impact Work: Drive real change with direct client engagement and ownership from day one Key Responsibilities Play a hands-on role in managing and delivering successful supply chain consulting services to Argon and Co clientsBe the primary contact point for the client and keep the client apprised of project statusManage and coordinate the activities of all project personnel and resourcesInstruct and mentor consultants/analysts in the techniques and methodology required to achieve the deliverable requirementsDevelop effective and polished presentation material from analysis results for interim and final deliverablesVia excellent communication skills, develop and maintain positive client relationshipsSupport development of methodologies and new service offeringsWork with a project team from Argon and Co and our clients to design, manage, and deliver analysis-driven, actionable supply chain design/optimization recommendations.Use tools like Tableau and PowerBI to draw insights from large data sets using KNIME, SQL, Alteryx, etc,Lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions, including: - Network strategy and optimization - Warehouse design and operational improvements - Logistics and transportation planning - Inventory and demand planning - Manufacturing excellence Contribute to internal tool development and capability buildingTravel to client sites as required Essential Qualifications Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent from a leading institution in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related major510 years of working experience with emphasis on Supply Chain, logistics operations, warehouse automation, transformation and process excellence, transport procurement and optimization, Supply Chain technology implementation (e.g. TMS, WMS)Several years of working experience in (operations) consulting and/or a project-based roleSeveral years of experience in using quantitative tools to analyze business data (e.g. SQL, KNIME, R, Python and other data analytical tools)Preferred Consulting experience.Preferred Experience with supply chain modeling environments (e.g. Coupa Supply Chain Guru, Optilogic, Aimms, Lyric, Riverlogic, Blue Yonder Inventory Optimization etc)Strong analytical skills and critical thinkingExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Detail-oriented, process-driven, and self-motivatedComfortable working in cross-functional, international teamsWilling to travel Domestically or internationally Key Success Factors The ideal mindset of a Supply Chain Lead/Sr Consultant - is that of a client-centric adaptable team member who communicates effectively and has a focus on strategic thinking, problem solving, and technical expertise.
