Join us in revolutionizing the software industry with your skills and expertise Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Software Product Owner & Project Manager to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to navigate tough situations, and strong project management capabilities. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product requirements and ensuring their successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Product Ownership: - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog. - Create clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications. - Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the product meets their needs. - Project Management: - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. - Coordinate across teams to ensure project deliverables are on track. - Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies to overcome constraints. - Drive projects to successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline. - Problem Solving & Leadership: - Proactively identify roadblocks and implement solutions in challenging situations. - Effectively navigate around organizational or project constraints to achieve objectives. - Foster collaboration and maintain clear communication across cross-functional teams. - Demonstrate leadership in driving projects and products towards success. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in a software services setting. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Having cybersecurity and/or AI .
