About the role
Role & responsibilities Strong hands-on proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, Hibernate). Working knowledge and implementation experience in Python-based applications. Proficiency with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Strong understanding of No SQL databases (MongoDB preferred) and SQL-based systems (Oracle PL/SQL). Solid grasp of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Git version control. Job Requirement: - Lead and drive the technical execution across 6 core submodules, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all module-related delivery and coordination. Provide technical direction, hands-on guidance, and mentoring to development teams working on Java and Python-based applications. Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders, architects, and internal teams to analyze, plan, and resolve escalated technical issues with speed and accuracy. Ensure end-to-end module ownership from requirement understanding and technical design to deployment and post-production support. Implement and uphold best practices in coding, design, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and ensure timely and quality delivery of features and fixes. Coordinate with QA, Dev Ops, and other interfacing teams to maintain seamless integration and high availability of all services.
