As a Tech Lead / Vibe Coder at our company, you will be responsible for driving architecture, development, and delivery using modern AI-first engineering practices. You should be highly capable and hands-on with expertise in AWS Serverless, Node.js / TypeScript, React / React Native, and AI-assisted software engineering. Your role will involve working directly with stakeholders, architecting scalable systems, solving complex requirements rapidly, and delivering solutions independently using modern AI-driven workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Daily hands-on usage of AI tools for coding, planning, debugging, architecture, testing, documentation, and delivery - Strong exposure to AI-assisted development workflows, coding copilots, agents, and automation tools - Good understanding of AI agentic architecture, orchestration concepts, and modern AI engineering ecosystems - Ability and willingness to independently build and deliver solutions using AI-enhanced workflows Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree (4 years) or higher in Computer Science or related field - 4+ years of progressive full stack development experience with strong Node.js backend expertise - Bangalore domicile preferred In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate AI-First Engineering by utilizing AI tools for various tasks, showcasing strong technical leadership by working with stakeholders, leading architecture discussions, and taking ownership of end-to-end delivery. You will also be responsible for designing and building scalable, fault-tolerant web and mobile applications, with expertise in AWS serverless architecture and Node.js ecosystems. Experience with frameworks like ExpressJS, NestJS, NextJS, CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and cloud infrastructure will be valuable. Communication and collaboration are key aspects of this role, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a team player mindset with a focus on mentoring and execution.
